III. PSYCHO-VOCATIONAL ASSESSMENTS

Psycho-vocational Assessments are beneficial for individuals who have experienced psychological and/or physical difficulties as a result of an accident or injury, and are not able to return to their usual occupation. Psycho-vocational assessments provide expert opinions as to the individual’s vocational profile and future employment possibilities. Assessments include an extensive clinical interview regarding current functioning; relevant diagnostic testing regarding cognitive, academic and vocational ability; as well as vocational interests. Reports outline correlations between the clients’ interests and abilities and match these with alternative career options.
