Biography
Dr. Ana Bodnar holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Toronto and is a Registered Clinical Psychologist. She has been a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher for 20 years. She teaches at the University of Toronto in the area of Buddhist Psychology, Mindfulness, and Diversity in Counselling. She has attended teachings with the Dalai Lama in Toronto and Dharamsala, India, as well as studying with teachers from other wisdom traditions. She continues to learn and develop her skills.
