Mindfulness and compassion are said to be two wings of the same bird. Traditional Buddhist and Yogic teachings in self-compassion are powerful and elegant, and can be interwoven with contemporary evidence-based clinical practices to address such issues as self-criticism and low self-esteem. In this workshop, we will focus on practical methods to support the development of self-compassion and increased happiness. There will be instruction, meditation and time for discussion on applications of these tools to your daily life.
