Learn how to integrate contemplative expressive arts practices within counselling, educational and community contexts. In this course, you’ll discover the history, theory and traditions that inform the application of contemplative expressive arts. The course combines lecture, discussion and experiential exercises in a collaborative learning environment. You’ll work with clay, music and poetry to develop your knowledge and skills. You’ll emerge with a greater understanding of the creative modalities you’re attuned with and ways to implement them within your professional settings.
